So.. Another Valentines Day away from my boyfriend Adam (He’s back in Derbyshire while I’m here in Cardiff), I’m not used to getting flowers really so was lovely to get a dozen red roses in the post. After my month of working hard on my Motion Project this was the perfect surprise! The boy did good! ♥
Displayed beautifully in the pasta jar I found: studenty much?
Our latest university project was to take an awareness campaign that meant something to us and to create a 30 second motion poster to inform people about it. My chosen subject was Seasonal Affective Disorder which is a form of depression. I wanted to show simple ways of helping yourself get better without having to resort to antidepressants, which is only necessary in more severe cases. I also designed a static poster to compliment it.
Song used: Florence and the Machine – Dog Days Are Over
Here is the static poster to compliment my motion. I tried to keep it really simple, using a few elements from the video to make it recognisable.

It’s about time I switched really, so here it is! If you want to view my old one (college through to now) visit… www.laurakeable.blogspot.co.uk.
I will be posting about my time at University in Cardiff, and other things about me too. I’ll probably put some of my favourite projects on here too.
